Registration Fees: 

  • Registration fees includes admittance to course(s) of choice, digital course handouts, break and meal refreshments, and all other conference events (except WPT-PAC events). 
  • Member rates apply to all APTA members, regardless of state affiliation. In order to qualify for the member rate, you must be a member in good standing as of the date of the conference.
  • Student rates: All APTA member students, regardless of state affiliation, pay the student member rate.
  • Administrative staff who are from APTA Washington member facilities are eligible for member rates. To get the member rate, fill in member or sponsoring member number when you register. Membership must be current at the time of the conference. PTs and PTAs who are not members of APTA are not eligible for the administrative staff rate, even if they are administrative staff in a member clinic.
  • OTs and OTAs who are members of the Washington Occupational Therapy Association are eligible to receive member rates. Please email proof of membership to conference@aptawa.org.
CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
To cancel, contact the APTA Washington office at (360) 352-7290 or conference@aptawa.org. Cancellations received by September 17 will be refunded the full fee less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations between September 18 and October 8 will receive a 50 percent refund. There will be no refunds after October 8.

MASKS AND VACCINATIONS
In order to help manage risk, you will be asked during the registration process whether you will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the time the conference begins on October 15. 

Conference events will be held in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local government. We highly encourage attendees to be fully vaccinated prior to attending the conference. 

Additionally:
  • To attend any of our conference events, you will need to show proof that you are fully vaccinated or to show results of a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours.
  • You will need to wear a mask at all times except when actively eating or drinking.
  • You will not attend events if you exhibit any of the COVID-19 symptoms or do not feel well.
  • If you receive a positive COVID-19 test soon after attending our conference, you will let us know and cooperate with a contact tracing process.
  • By attending any of our conference events, you are agreeing to these requirements.
