2023 Virtual Spring Conference Registration Form

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS AND COURSE MATERIALS
Current APTA Washington members and administrative staff working in member clinics qualify to receive the discounted member registration rates. After you register and pay for the course(s) you will receive a registration confirmation email. About a week before the live virtual conference, you will receive a reminder email that includes links to the virtual events, any handouts provided by the speaker, and a quiz to take after the course(s) so you may receive your CEU. These materials are meant for your use only. Please do not share the links with others.

CEU AND PAYMENTS
If you decide to take more hours than you originally registered for you can let us know by contacting us a conference@aptawa.org. By registering for this event, you authorize us to charge your credit card for additional contact hours earned, even if you did not originally register for them.

CANCELLATIONS
We will not accept any cancellations for this event. If you are not able to attend on the day of the virtual conference, recordings will be available to watch at your convenience after the conference has concluded.
