All licensed PTs and PTAs must take a Suicide Assessment training by the end of the first full continuing education reporting period after January 1, 2016. So the earliest a licensee will need to complete the training by is December 31, 2017. If you take a course on July 1, 2017 or later it will need to be on this list.
