2022 Virtual Spring Conference

You must complete an electronic attendance verification quiz for each course you attended in order to get a Completion Certificate and CEUs for that course. Once you complete the quiz, you will receive an emailed confirmation which will be your completion certificate. This confirmation email/certificate will be emailed to the email you provide in the form which may be different than the one you used to register.

If you don't receive your emailed confirmation in your inbox within 5-10 minutes, you may want to check your SPAM/junk mail or promotions folders as the auto-generated email can sometimes look like junk to some email systems. If you did not receive the email or if you have any issues submitting your electronic verification form, please contact chapter staff at (800) 554-5569 or info@aptawa.org.

PLEASE NOTE: The electronic verification forms are setup using Google Forms. If you are using a work computer, you may be restricted from accessing Google Forms. Please try using a different computer or device like your home computer or your phone. If you are not able to do that, please contact chapter staff at info@aptawa.org and we will do our best to help you with alternate options.
