2023 Virtual Spring Conference

You must complete an electronic attendance verification quiz and receive a passing score for each course you attended in order to get a Completion Certificate and CEUs for that course. Once you complete the quiz, you will receive an emailed confirmation which will be your completion certificate. This confirmation email/certificate will be emailed to the email you provide in the form which may be different than the one you used to register. If you complete the quiz and do not receive a passing score, you will receive a notice via email. You may complete the form as many times as necessary until you receive a passing score.

If you don't receive your emailed confirmation in your inbox within 5-10 minutes, you may want to check your SPAM/junk mail or promotions folders as the auto-generated email can sometimes look like junk to some email systems. If you did not receive the email or if you have any issues submitting your electronic verification form, please contact chapter staff at (800) 554-5569 or conference@aptawa.org.

PLEASE NOTE: The electronic verification forms are setup using Google Forms. If you are using a work computer, you may be restricted from accessing Google Forms. Please try using a different computer or device like your home computer or your phone. If you are not able to do that, please contact chapter staff at conference@aptawa.org and we will do our best to help you with alternate options.
