DISPLAY TIMES
Please plan to be available to explain your research to conference guests during primary viewing times (lunch breaks). Posters will be displayed in areas near the other exhibitors, so conference guests may also view your poster during the breaks (secondary viewing times).

9-10:30 a.m. - Exhibit hall and poster set up
9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. - Educational programs
10:30-4:15 p.m. - Exhibit Hall open
10:30-11:15 a.m. - Refreshment breaks (secondary viewing time)
12:30–1:30 p.m. - Lunch (primary viewing time)
1:30–5 p.m. - Education programs
3:30–4:15 p.m. - Refreshment breaks (secondary viewing time)
5 p.m. - Educational programs end for the day
